This is pretty much the same image my coworkers see as I walk out the door everyday.

I think Tupac and I share a lot of similarities actually. With the exception of the dew rag, tattoos, expensive jewelry, and bullet wounds we could almost be twins. I'm pretty sure that Pac was a Democrat. He loved his mama like a good boy. He kept it real and was a member of the Digital Underground. In fact I think if you held my resume and his up side by side they would probably look like carbon copies of each other. I'm pretty sure that I remember reading somewhere that if he hadn't gotten into gangsta rapping and the Thug line of work that he probably would have gotten into HR. That's about the same thing that happened to me. It just turned out my liberal arts degree is more valuable in the field of Human Resources than in the realm of Hip Hop. These are the things they don't warn you to ask at college preview weekends.

You know what Dagromm when you are not around and I think of you I actually sub Tupac in my imagery. So all of those times I went to Shrevesport with you, in my mind that was actually Tupac. The accidental crotch grazings? Yep that was Pac too. Anyways, I always thought he would be a little less of a V., but if you are carbon copies...well...Don't ruin his legacy is I guess what I am saying.

So are you saying you don't like your job ?

Or that you're wishing a competitor would try to take you out in a driveby, where you could fake your own death, and then release HR manuals "posthumously" ?

Um, resident urban hipster here. It's a 'do rag. You know, a rag that covers your hairdo to keep it fresh and lively.

A dew rag, I dunno...something to wipe the morning dew from your windshield?

Suburbanites...

OMG!!! Does this hurt my street cred?

The OMG!!! does more damage to your street cred than anything else. Thugs are more of the never let 'em see you sweat even while being riddled with bullets variety.

On the streets of Dagrommville I think the OMG actually makes him pretty hard core.

is it just b/c i'm viewing this on my hand-held or does your font color and background color make this impossible to read?

Fringes-I guess we just dew things differently in the mean streets of NoTex.

Q-Got my back. Nice. I guess I know what's coming next.

CyberD-It's because you're illiterate that you can't read it.

"viewing it on my handheld"

ooooo...way to work that in Cyber D. How nice. You and your fancy toys.

fringes, properly chastised, goes back to her gated community, still proud that she remembers her roots.

Yeah, I guess you're right. Using OMG does kind of add a teen valley girl element. But I'm at peace with my inner valley girl. In a purely masculine and non-effeminate way.

I had hoped that it was a gangsta aaproved acronym. You know like representin' the LBC. Or being down with OPP. Or living life as a P.I.M.P.

See... I just knew someone was going to make a crack about that. I didn't "work that in," damn it. I'm seriously frustrated that I can't read Joel's page... *mumbling* from my hand-held.
