Another Great Sports Interview

I don't know how many of you have already heard this, but this is a news story containing a portion of the press conference of Texas Tech head coach Mike Leach after his team lost to Texas A&M. This is the first time I've ever heard a coach blame this for his team losing.

Guess he hasn't gotten around to reading the book, "How to Make Friends and Influence People," yet. Been spending all his free time writing excuses.

Men who can't accept responsibility always find a woman, or in this case, women to blame. So pathetic it's not even funny.

He took responsibility. He said he failed in being more motivational or something like that.

So the coach can't compete with fat chicks? Hmmm....

And, Dagromm, I disagree. Coach didn't take responsibility for his failure to motivate players, he just acknowledged it and then proceeded to blame the players' girlfriends for distracting them and blowing up their egos. He comes off as outstandingly misogynistic. He never should have made any public comment about the players girlfriends; that's a rookie mistake. A coach who doesn't respect women is going to have a much harder time earning the respect of player, boosters, and the administration.

Goo, thanks. I've been wondering how to spell
misogynistic. Also thanks for agreeing with me, sort of.

Dagromm, the site looks better but still needs a little tweaking. Good going.
